第五十六条 对利用网络跨境实施本法第三章规定的行为，依法受到刑事处罚的中国公民，设区的市级以上公安机关可以根据犯罪情况和预防再犯罪的需要，决定自处罚完毕后六个月至三年内不准其出境。
